Puppet Soccer: Zoo brings a playful twist to one-on-one soccer by replacing ordinary players with funny zoo animals. Lion Pirlo, Tiger Zizou, Panda Puyol, and other cartoon-style puppets face off in short matches. They will attack the opponent's goal while also protecting their own net. Moreover, you can work through the single-player campaign, unlock new animal puppets, or challenge a friend in local two-player matches. Each Puppet Soccer: Zoo match is a race to score more goals before the timer reaches zero. You control one animal player on a small football pitch, with the opponent positioned on the other side. When the ball comes within reach, you can kick it toward the opposing goal. The timing and power of your kick affect how effectively you can attack, while jumping at the right moment allows you to challenge balls in the air.

Defense is just as important as offense. Instead of waiting beside your own goal, you can move toward midfield and intercept incoming balls. The game also introduces special bonus balls that temporarily affect the pitch. Slime can make movement and ball control awkward, while ice and rubber change the way the ball bounces or travels. Using these effects at the right moment can make it harder for your opponent to complete an attack.
